I hope you enjoyed our time together and the delicious cocktails we created! Below you’ll find the recipes we learned to make. You can find even MORE of my favorite Amaro recipes by clicking here. Remember, Amaro means bitter and was created by monks as medicine in the middle ages, so if anyone asks, these are for your health. ;)

Bitter Tiki

  • 1 oz Amaro

  • 1 oz Coconut Milk

  • 1 oz Lime Juice

  • ¾ oz Falernum

  • 2 Dashes of Black Walnut Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds until chilled and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Top with bitters and garnish with a dried lime wheel. Enjoy!

Bitters & Brew

  • ¾ oz Amaro

  • 1 ½ oz Bourbon

  • 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice

  • 1 oz Espresso

  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds until chilled, strain into a coupe, and top with espresso beans. Enjoy!

Nice & Dandy

  • ¾ oz Amaro

  • 1 ½ oz Barreled Flora Gin

  • ¾ oz Lime Juice

  • ¾ oz Orange Juice

  • ¾ oz Orgeat

  • 3 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

Combine all ingredients except for amaro in a shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice and float amaro over the top. Garnish with an orange wheel. Enjoy!
