Ingredients
2 oz Lemon Syrup
2 oz Empress Gin
Dried Lavender
Soda Water
Method
Combine, lemon syrup, gin, and lavender in a tin
Add ice and shake until chilled, about 15 seconds.
Double strain into a collins glass over ice and top with soda water.
Diamond of the First Water
Difficulty Level: Hard
Ingredients
2 oz Empress Gin
.75 oz Lime Juice
1 Egg White
3 Sage Leaves
1 oz Simple Syrup
Method
Combine simple syrup and sage juice in a tin and muddle gently.
Add in remaining ingredients and shake without ice for 15 seconds.
Add in ice and shake again until chilled.
Double strain into a coupe and garnish with fresh sage!
Hoboken Swizzler
Difficulty Level: Medium
Ingredients
1 oz Grapefruit Syrup
2 oz Empress Gin
5 fresh mint leaves
.75 oz Lime Juice
Method
In a collins glass, combine mint and grapefruit syrup and lightly muddle, about 3 presses.
Add in remaining ingredients and fill to the top with crushed ice.
Stir with a spoon until fully incorporated and garnish with fresh mint!
The Tipsy Tullo
Difficulty Level: Medium
Ingredients
2 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Cara Cara Orange Juice
.75 oz Agave
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake until chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain into a glass rimmed with chili salt and garnish with a lime wheel.
Mrs. Mimosa
Difficulty Level: Easy
Ingredients
Sparkling Rosé
2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz Lavender Syrup
Method
Add grapefruit juice and lavender syrup to a champaign flute
Top with bubbles!
Garnish with pinch of lavender and enjoy!
Rosé Sangria
Difficulty Level: Easy
Ingredients
1 25 oz Bottle of Rosé
1 sliced Grapefruit
2 Cara Cara Oranges
1 Juiced Lemon
1 sliced lemon
7.5 oz Rosemary Syrup
Method
Infuse Rosé with grapefruit, orange, a lemon slices for at least 30 minutes.
In a glass with ice, add lemon juice, rosemary syrup, and a dash of lavender bitters.
Add about 2.5 oz of infused Rosé.
Optional- float 1 oz of Empress Gin over the top and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Pro Tip! When pre-making a batch of cocktails or a pitcher, don’t add ice to the pitcher. Leaving the ice out will keep from diluting the cocktail. Keep it fresh- add ice to your cup as needed!
