Ingredients:
3 Sage leaves
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Pinot Noir Red wine float
Method:
In a mixing glass, lightly muddle sage in Yellow Chartreuse. Add in Vermouth and whiskey then top with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a Nic and Nora glass. Float about 1 oz over the top of your drink and enjoy.
